The Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) advocates for the interests of counties at the state and national levels and provides essential services including insurance, financial services, conferences, trainings, legal services, research, news and more. KACo represents more than 1,500 elected county officials from 10 affiliate organizations including judge/executives, magistrates and commissioners, sheriffs, jailers, county clerks, circuit court clerks, county attorneys, commonwealth's attorneys, property valuation administrators and coroners.
