Oil & Gas Safety Leadership Training Program (SLTP)
Program Summary: Elevating onsite safety leadership stands as the most crucial step our industry can take to enhance workplace safety and reduce serious injuries and fatalities. To address this need, the Oil & Gas Safety Leadership Training Program was developed to strengthen frontline safety leadership across Oklahoma oil and gas operations. By participating in this program, field-level leaders gain hands-on skills, targeted knowledge, and practical tools designed to help them effectively lead and promote safe practices during onsite operations. Ultimately, the program aims to reinforce a robust safety culture, empowering field supervisors to influence positive behaviors and drive meaningful, sustainable improvements in operational safety.
You will choose which day you would like to attend during the registration process. This is a full day of training running from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
