Starting in 2021, TPF engaged in a years long process to update and modernize our scholarship program—dubbed “scholarship happy hour”. This cross-departmental working group looked at all aspects of our scholarship program and updated our new fund offerings and our compliance procedures. This session will give an overview of our thought process and what other foundations can learn from our work.
