Commissioning related requirements have been in ASHRAE 90.1 since 1999 and in IECC since 2012. However, commissioning has only been recognized and enforced for most of jurisdictions in NYS in recent years. This presentation discusses the related energy code requirements, common mistakes and best practices from an engineer’s perspective.
