Lynnette Pineault, MBA, MASCP, SCT(ASCP), is a Manager of Laboratory Operations for HealthPartners, overseeing Anatomic Pathology and Genetic Counseling Services. She works collaboratively across laboratories and partners with stakeholders who rely on laboratory services to advance quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care. A leader in numerous professional organizations, she currently serves on the ASCP Commission for Continuing Professional Development and chairs ASCP’s Biomarker Testing Navigation Initiatives. Among her many honors, Lynnette received the ASCP Mastership designation in 2025 - recognition reserved for distinguished members who have made significant contributions to pathology, laboratory medicine, and to ASCP. Other accolades include the 2024 ASCP Excellence in Management Award and the 2019 ASC Cytotechnologist Award for Outstanding Achievement. As an author and presenter, Lynnette advocates for operational leadership and precision medicine, notably championing HealthPartners’ myGenetics program. She earned her BS in Cytotechnology from the University of North Dakota and an MBA in Health Care Management from Capella University.
