Tina Johnson has spent the past 14 years with M Health Fairview Laboratories, progressing through roles that span the full spectrum of laboratory operations. She began her career as a Medical Laboratory Scientist on night shift, later serving as a Hematology Technical Specialist, then bridging to supporting laboratory as an LIS Analyst, and most recently as Test Code Coordinator. She now serves as the Laboratory Manager of Compliance and Billing for the system. Each position has strengthened her understanding of laboratory workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational needs, allowing her to support the service line with a system‑level perspective.
