Michelle has been part of the Medical Laboratory community for more than 35 years. Her primary career role is within Medical Laboratory education through her roles as the Program Director and Faculty in the Saint Paul College Medical Laboratory Technician program. Throughout her 28+ year tenure, she has contributed to her institution in a variety of ways: as chair of the Academic Affairs and Standards Council, as a Department Chair, and in various leadership roles on many college committees/workgroups including HLC accreditation efforts, faculty professional development and more! Her laboratory work experience includes both hospital and clinic settings and she holds professional membership in ASCLS. As an advocate for Medical Laboratory Science education, Michelle has presented on numerous medical laboratory topics at both the state and national level.
