Laura Ducceschi is a foundation executive responsible for all aspects of management of the Scranton Area Community Foundation and several private foundations with charitable assets exceeding $100 million. She manages 450 individual charitable funds. Laura has developed multiple strategic initiatives including The Center for Community Leadership and Nonprofit Excellence; NEPA Moves (transportation); NEPA Thrives (workforce); The NEPA Workforce Leadership Academy; Women in Philanthropy; and the NEPA Animal Welfare Collaborative. She is recognized as one of the 100 most influential and effective leaders in PA’s nonprofit sector and a leader in advancing economic mobility in communities.
