Molly Wojcik is the Philanthropic Services Assistant at The Erie Community Foundation, where she supports donor engagement, stewardship initiatives, and philanthropic programming across the Foundation and its affinity funds, including the Erie Women’s Fund, Emerging Erie Fund, and LGBT Fund. In her role, she coordinates donor communications, supports cultivation and stewardship events, manages CRM reporting and relationship tracking, and assists with initiatives that strengthen community engagement and regional philanthropy. Prior to joining the Foundation, Molly worked as a Language Assistant in Chambéry, France through the Academy of Grenoble, where she supported English language instruction in public primary schools. Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French from Allegheny College, where her academic work focused on language policy, human development, and international affairs.
