Lladel Lichty is the Bedford and Somerset County Director for the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies. She works directly with Bedford and Somerset counties’ donors and grantees. Lladel brings a deep understanding of community issues from her past work with the United Way of the Laurel Highlands, the American Cancer Society, and WVSC AM/FM Radio in Somerset. In addition, Lladel actively serves her community as a volunteer with organizations such as the Friends of Flight 93 National Memorial, Somerset County Chamber of Commerce, Somerset County General Authority, Somerset County Commissioners Leadership Team, Somerset Rotary Club, Laurel Highlands Visitor and Tourism Board of Directors, the Penn Highlands Community College Board of Trustees, and the Center for Population Health. Lladel attended University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown and holds a certificate of Leadership Development from the-U.S. Army War College in National Security and Strategy. She is the proud mother of two sons and three grandchildren.
