Ashlinn works as the Director of Philanthropy at the Lancaster County Community Foundation and a Facilitator at Work Wisdom. With a career centered on active listening and a persistent sense of curiosity, she holds a BA from Hendrix College in International Relations and Global Studies, a certificate in Mediation from American University, and an MA/MTS from American University and Wesley Theological Seminary in International Peace & Conflict Resolution and Theological Studies. Her work and leadership has spanned the community benefit sector, from faith-based organizations and disability legislative advocacy to grantmaking and philanthropic advising. She is a novelist, a yoga enthusiast, and an avid reader. The best part of life is her attentive husband, their three vibrant children and one sweet pup, and the adventures they have traveling together.
