Trisha Higgins is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation, where she has served for nearly 25 years. Prior to joining the foundation, she worked as an auditor in public accounting, specializing in nonprofit accounting. Her expertise includes nonprofit finance, philanthropic stewardship, governance, and charitable fund administration. Throughout her career, Trisha has partnered with living donors, professional advisors, and estate representatives to ensure charitable gifts are administered in accordance with donor intent and philanthropic goals. Her early experience auditing nonprofit organizations provided firsthand insight into the importance of accountability, compliance, and the proper stewardship of donor-restricted assets.
