Using social media to put the “community” into Community Foundations
9:15 AM - 10:15 AM Fri
Erin McAndrews is the Communications Coordinator at York County Community Foundation, where she creates engaging social media content, digital storytelling campaigns, email communications, and brand messaging that helps people see how philanthropy can create change close to home. Since joining YCCF in 2024, Erin has helped shape the organization’s online voice through creative, community-focused content that highlights nonprofits, donors, events, and initiatives across York County.
In addition to her work at YCCF, Erin has managed social media and digital branding for a variety of community-centered organizations and businesses, including Stewartstown Night Market, Aviator Brew Hub, TroveStreet®, Allegro Winery, Women’s Giving Circle of YCCF, and Thirsty Boot Farms. Her work focuses on authentic storytelling, audience engagement, and building strong digital communities through content that feels both strategic and human.
Erin is also the founder of the Stewartstown Night Market, a recurring community event that has become a vibrant gathering space and small business showcase in Southern York County.
