Ms. Kristin Bailey-Wallace, MSW, LBSW, is an assistant professor at Stephen F. Austin State University, teaching and advising students in the undergraduate social work program. Kristin has been a faculty member of the School of Social Work since 2009 and has served as adjunct faculty, agency field instructor, and field liaison. She has a variety of prior social work experience in the medical field, including long-term care and rehabilitation, dialysis, hospice care, bereavement services, and rural health services for at-risk individuals. Kristin has been involved with several community projects in recent years, and her research interests include gerontology and disability, substance use and mental health, and issues that affect rural communities.
