NaToya holds over a decade of professional experience committed to sustaining work environments and cultures that promote diversity of people, perspective and experience. She currently serves as an Academic Coordinator for the College of Business at Mississippi State University. In her spare time, she enjoys serving on the NICU Family Advisory Board at Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital and being an advocate for premature births in the state of MS.
