After you register, please book your hotel room by September 6, 2024, to receive the discounted group rate ($193.75–248.75). The group guest room rates will be offered by the Lodge up to three days after the meeting dates (October 7–11) and are subject to room availability at the time of reservation on a first come, first served basis. Airport Shuttle
For those flying, the Lodge provides complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the airport (FCA). The shuttle is provided based on availability for arrivals & departures scheduled between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Advance reservations are required. Call (406) 863-4000 or email your travel details to frontdesk@lodgeatwhitefishlake.com at least three days prior to travel.
