Join leading physicians and researchers at the 2024 Data Science and AI Symposium in Boston on Thursday and Friday, September 26-27 for an engaging exploration of the intersection between data science, AI, and ophthalmology. This novel, two-day conference will feature experts in the field discussing the latest advances from “Big Data” and AI in vision research as well as the challenges remaining that limit the translation of findings from data science and AI research into the clinic.

The Pre-Meeting on the afternoon of September 26th will focus on emerging technologies in AI-driven diabetic retinopathy screening. During the Main Meeting on September 27th, attendees will hear from thought leaders on the latest innovations from data science and AI applied to ophthalmology, as well as remaining barriers to clinical translation and best practices for ethical data handling and safeguarding patient privacy.
