Your registration includes:

2 drink tickets per person. There will also be a cash bar at the event.

Food Stations

2 door prize raffle tickets per person. If you register before Thanksgiving, you and your guest(s) will get an additional 5 raffle tickets. You can purchase additional raffle tickets during registration or the evening of the event (cash only the night of the event). Raffle tickets are 5 tickets for $5 or 12 for $10. 

DISCO Music & Dancing & A GOOD TIME!

    Celebrate the Good Times and Get Down to the DISCO Beat!!              

Prepare to enter our exclusive Discoteca in style with your bright and sparkly colors, leather, fur and feathers, big bell bottom pants, or your wide-lapel white (or any color) suit. If you are not into disco there is always the relaxing lounge with game entertainment.  We look forward to seeing you in whatever holiday gala outfit you decide to wear.

Deadline for Registering

Registration closes December 6 at 5:00pm. If you are late registering, please contact Hilda Quinones (hildaq@qnadiversified.com) and we will try to accommodate you and your guest.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Bonnie Hopke at bonniejeand@msn.com. We will refund 50% of the event fees if you cancel before December 1. There will be no refunds after December 1. There are also no refunds of sponsorship or raffle ticket fees. You may substitute attendees at any time.


SAME Member = $65/person

SAME Member Young Professional = $55/person

Not a Member of SAME = $75/person

Reserved Table for 10 = $700
