YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED
The ITD Data Team would like to welcome our community of data professionals to the 3rd Annual Data Summit to be held at the Chinden Conference Center at Idaho State Chinden Campus (11351 W Chinden Blvd, Boise, ID 83714) from February 6 - 7, 2024. This event is FREE to attend but any travel costs (if any) will need to be paid for by your agency.
The two day Data Summit will include intense discussion on the challenges of data collection/management and ultimately how we gain value from our data. Data has become one of the most important assets of our organization and is one of the most significant investments the department makes annually. In an effort to truly understand the potential strategic uses of and value of our data, we need to assess its origins, uses, and outcomes. This conference is intended to open dialogue within our agency and its users to determine data value. We encourage sharing successes and failures; discuss how data can be used/shared with others; and consider innovative ideas. There will be plenty of time for networking as well.
The final agenda is posted below and specific speaker information will be added in the next few days.
Refreshments will be provided for attendees throughout the event and lunch will be provided on Tuesday. Attendees may not seek reimbursement for lunch on Tuesday.
More information can be obtained from the following Data Team members: Margaret Pridmore, Carin Pluto, Will Thoman, David Coladner.
