The New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) is proud to present the 26th Annual New York State Affordable Housing Conference in New York City, Thursday May 15, 2025. This housing event is the largest in the nation and will include over 60 affordable housing industry exhibitors, 20 one hour professional workshops, plenary program with breakfast and key affordable housing panelists, a banquet luncheon with keynote, and a robust post-conference reception.
This year's conference planning committee is chaired by long-time NYSAFAH Board Officer, Deborah VanAmerongen, Strategic Policy Advisor at Nixon Peabody, LLP. Deborah and her committee members have planned a series of workshops that will engage a wide-array of housing professionals in finance, construction, design, development, management and policy. Attendees at all stages of professional development will learn the most up-to-date information about city, state and federal housing programs, new financing opportunities, and much more.
Also featured, the exceptional exhibit space at The Marriott Marquis, which affords every exhibitor the opportunity to "see and be seen". Every table top space faces into the lobbies of the main events on the 6th & 7th floors. There are no corners in which to hide!
