The Oklahoma Safety Council is proud to host the state’s largest Safety and Health Conference and Expo, happening June 3-5, 2025, at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel and Conference Center. This premier event brings together employers and industry professionals for an extensive lineup of educational sessions, networking opportunities, and insights from leading safety experts. As our largest annual fundraiser, the conference plays a vital role in advancing workplace safety and promoting a culture of health and well-being across Oklahoma.

Tuesday, June 3 – Kick off the conference with our annual Golf Tournament.

Wednesday, June 4 – The main conference begins with a keynote from William "Jack" Jackson, followed by access to over 70 exhibitors and a variety of activities in the exhibit hall. Enjoy a networking lunch with David Bates, then dive into educational breakout sessions and more exhibitor engagement.

Thursday, June 5 – Continue learning with additional breakout sessions, concluding with a keynote from Leslie Osborn, Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Labor.
