Each display will be provided with a 3' x 3' table space. Tables are 6' in length with two displays per table. Power is available if needed. To identify your display, bring a banner or sign with the name of your facility on it. 

Award Categories: 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, and Peer Choice Award.

Please note: One activity display allowed per facility.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 4 business days of the event will not receive a refund. No shows or cancellations made after the event will not receive a refund. The only exception is if surveyors are in the building at the time of the event. Attendee substitutions are permitted.

AHCA Members in Good Standing may select INVOICE when registering for the event to pay by check. AHCA Members may also select CREDIT CARD and process payment for this event. Non-Members shall select CREDIT CARD and process payment for this event. There is a 6% credit card processing fee for all credit card transactions. Please contact sware@arhealthcare.com if you're a non-member and want to pay for the class by check to avoid credit card processing fees. If you pay by check, do not include the "fee" listed below subtotal - this is for credit card processing only.
