Additional drinks tickets are available for a fee (cash only).

Golf Fees include 18 holes, golf cart, pre-tournament breakfast, and post-tournament awards luncheon.
Please note, the earliest your booth materials can arrive at
the hotel is after 5:00pm on Friday, March 1. Please be sure to put “SAME” and your company
name on your materials.
You may check in and set up your booth beginning at 8:00am
on March 4. Please be sure your booth is ready by 4:30pm. You may tear down
after lunch on March 5 or the morning of March 6. It is your responsibility to
arrange for shipping and to take your booth materials to the front desk of the
hotel for the shipper to collect. Your booth must be out of the space by noon
on March 6.
