4 Essential Roles of Leadership
March 6 - 7, 2024  ·  NC State University Club

The 4 Essential Roles training develops leaders who can master essential leadership skills that focus on developing who a leader is as well as what a leader does. Join NCPAPA and FranklinCovey for a 2-day workshop led by Dr. Lesley Eason.

During the workshop, participants will be introduced to the Whole-Person Paradigm—a foundation for effective leadership—and the 4 Roles of Great Leaders™: modeling, pathfinding, aligning, and empowering. They will assess their own strengths and areas of improvement. Participants will learn how to use and apply powerful leadership tools, such as the 4 Disciplines of Execution®, to address chronic problems faced by their schools, with time to lay a framework to implement these leadership skills upon returning to their schools.

Outcomes of the training include:

• Adopt a paradigm of release, not control.

• Align school systems and processes.

• Establish a shared school vision among staff.

• Engage staff members and unleash talent.
