125th TX DAR State Conference 2024
The annual State Conference for members and guests of the Texas Society, Daughters of the American Revolution.
March 13 - 25, 2024  ·  Renaissance Arboretum by Marriott - Austin

All Texas Daughters are invited to attend the annual State Conference.  Guests are invited to attend indicated events.

Thank you for using the online registration tool for TXDAR. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING. If you have questions, please email: regsupport@txdar.org

1. REGISTRATION FEE:  The registration fee is $50. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Registration for State Conference is online only.  No registrations by mail will be available.   NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE.  You must register during the registration period of January 29 at 10 a.m. to February 21 at 10 p.m. to attend State Conference.

2. MEALS:  Meal sales for State Conference 2024 are non-transferable, non-refundable and are only available for purchase during the Registration period of January 29 at 10 a.m. to February 21 at 10 p.m. All meals that have reserved seating are noted on the agenda. If you wish to sit with anyone other than your Chapter, please list their names when you register.  DO NOT LIST YOUR CHAPTER, it is the default. The QR Code on your name badge will allow your entry into meals.  Meals are open to everyone, unless otherwise indicated, but must be pre-purchased by the close of registration on February 21, 2024.  Some meals may have maximum capacities due to the size of the room, so reservations will be accepted in the order received.

3.  REGISTRATION UPDATES:  Attendees may NOT update (add to or delete from) their registration once the registration is complete.  After your registration is completed, additional meals (add-ons) can be purchased during the Registration period of January 29 at 10 a.m. to February 21 at 10 p.m., only by contacting a Registration Committee Co-Chair by emailing regsupport@TXDAR.org. Once your email is received you will be contacted by one of the Co-Chairs to get the information required to add the meal..

4.  REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:  All registrants will receive a confirmation email. If the confirmation email is not received, it may indicate a problem with the completion of your conference registration. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder and if you have not received the email, contact regsupport@TXDAR.org. Please bring your confirmation email with you to State Conference  in case your name badge is misplaced. 

5.  REGISTRATION MATERIALS:  Registration materials will only be distributed to attendees who come to the Conference Registration Desk at State Conference.  An attendee MAY NOT pick up materials for someone who registered but opted not to attend State Conference.  There is a process in place for those registered but unable to attend, to obtain their registration materials, after State Conference ends.


NOTE:  Pre-recorded videos are available to view online from March 10 at 10 a.m. to March 25 at 8 p.m. The workshops, business sessions and meals at the hotel are March 13-17 and are not available to view online.

Will Anderson came to Hindman Settlement School in June 2021 with more than 20 years of leadership experience. Born in Kodiak, Alaska, he is Alaska Native of Sugpiaq descent. Will has carved masks in the traditional style of his culture for 20 years.
National Vice Chair DAR Genealogy Commission: Genealogy Education Development
Kari Kjontvedt Weis is a professional genealogist from New York. In addition to her role as National Vice Chair for the DAR Genealogy Commission, she is a member of the Specialty Research: Spanish Research Committee.
Honorary President General, NSDAR, Honorary State Regent of Texas and U.S. Semiquincentennial Commissoner (America250)
A 47-year member of Tejas Chapter, Mrs. Young is an Honorary State Regent of Texas and an Honorary President General. She was appointed by Congress as one of 16 citizens to serve on the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission (America250).
National Chair DAR School Committee
Dawn joined Seminole Chapter as a Junior in 1993. She previously served as Treasurer General, NSDAR 2019-2022 and continues to serve NSDAR on several committees. She was Florida State Regent from 2017-2019.

Betty joined the Augustin Clayton Chapter 26 years ago. She was Organizing Regent of the James Waldrop DAR Chapter in 2007. She has held many state offices/chaired committees and served as National Vice Chair on several national committees.

Carol has performed as "Rosie the Riveter" throughout the U.S. for almost 30 years. She now brings her informative and entertaining portrayal of "Rosie" to Texas as we recognize the work and historical significance of women during WWII.
